Running my business is more than a full time job so when it came time to hire a new loan agent placing an add online and being inundated with resumes was not the solution I needed. I made a call to SalesPro and they handled everything. All I did was interview qualified candidates. After three interviews I hired a very qualified candidate that I would have never found on my own. I do have plans to add another loan agent in the Spring and I will certainly utilize SalesPro to fill this position.
